We put our first priority to grow as a team, And for supporting "personal growth" that is the mission of team Techtec. With the assumption that developing our business worldwide. We put effort into giving opportunities to study English skill, such as opening PoL's English lessons for free. We offer the refund to workers getting books and going to events.
Ease of working
We innovate new technology for our business. We adopt modern working environment for more comfort with willingness. Specifically, offering flexible working time and nap time as the company style. Also we implemented exchanging days such as working on weekend and taking days off on working days. Of course there’s no dress code.
Comfortable office environment
We are aiming for the company that employees would love to come to the office everyday. Since the employees are spending most of the day at the office, we try to make a productive office as a final objective. There is an employee cafeteria that has well established healthy meals on the first floor. There are water server and office convenience store in the working area.

The online study service Pol that Techtec team managed is the first ever studying service in japan that has our unique token system. This studying system is well known in Blockchain industry, it has the feature of a lot of horizontal connections. We introduce key persons In the company's blog ,we also call famous people every time.
